About Be Resilient

Be Resilient is a Chistian ministry created by Sjaak van der Steen that helps people reach their full potential. Sjaak guides clients on a journey of self-discovery and growth, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Sjaak offers various services such as one-on-one coaching, group workshops, motivational speaking and all-inclusive retreats.

The request

Be Resilient needed a website to connect with a wider audience, share information about their services and events, and build a community. The website had to have a blog where Sjaak shares tips and life lessons with his audience. Visitors also had to be able to sign up for the newsletter and get in touch with him.

The result

The final product is a website that is not only visually appealing, but also easily manageable. Built on Wordpress, it's really easy for Sjaak to manage his blog posts and add new client testimonials. The design is modern and looks great on any device, letting Sjaak showcase his services and connect with his community. In summary:

Absolutely! All the websites I create come with a user-friendly content management system (CMS) that allows you to update and add content easily.

How long does it take to build a website?

Depending on the complexity and size of the project, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. I can give a more accurate timeline after understanding your specific needs.

Do you provide website maintenance after the project is finished?

Yes, I offer various website maintenance packages depending on your needs. This could include updates, backups, bug fixing, and content changes.

Will my website be SEO friendly?

Absolutely! I design all websites with SEO best practices in mind to ensure your site is well-positioned on search engines and will out-compete your competition.

Do you use Wordpress?

Many of the projects in my showcase are built with Wordpress. If a project really requires it I can build a custom Wordpress site. If not I prefer to use a more modern approach using tools like Nuxt.js in combination with a CMS named Sanity. This makes your website faster, more secure, easier to maintain and provides a much nicer content management experience.
